FAIRFAX, Va. — In an exciting matchup on Saturday, Darius Maddox played a pivotal role in leading George Mason to a 77-70 win against Massachusetts.
Maddox scored a total of 18 points, hitting 7 of 15 attempts from the floor, including 2 out of 7 from beyond the arc. This victory marked a significant moment for the Patriots, who improved their record to 12-5 and 3-1 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Additionally, Brayden O’Connor contributed with 11 points, while Jared Billups supported the team well with 10 points and six rebounds.
