Walker proved to be a standout player, contributing 30 points to the team’s total. His efficiency was notable, as he completed 9 of 14 shots from the field, including 2 of 4 attempts from beyond the arc, along with an outstanding 10 of 12 from the free-throw line. The Highlanders’ record improved to 11-6 overall and 1-1 in the Big South Conference following this decisive win.
In addition to Walker’s stellar performance, Brandon Maclin added 13 points for Radford, hitting 4 of 10 shots, with a notable 3 of 6 from three-point range. He also contributed five rebounds, aiding the team on both offense and defense.
