AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — In an exciting matchup on Saturday night, Kam Woods led the way with an impressive 29 points, contributing significantly to Robert Morris’ 79-71 victory over Oakland. Woods exhibited strong shooting prowess, hitting 9 of 15 attempts overall and sinking 3 of his 4 shots from beyond the arc. He also excelled at the free-throw line, converting 8 of 10 attempts, helping the Colonials improve their record to 10-6 overall and 2-3 within the Horizon League.

Support came from Josh Omojafo, who added 15 points to the scoreboard, finishing with 3 of 9 shooting and a perfect 8 for 8 from the free-throw line. Alvaro Folgueiras was also instrumental in the win, contributing 11 points on an efficient 4 of 5 shooting and making 2 of 3 free throws.

On the other side, the Golden Grizzlies put forth a commendable effort. Tuburu Niavalurua shined with a solid performance, recording 18 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals.
