NJIT triumphs over Medgar Evers with a score of 107-51

    NEWARK, N.J. โ€” Quentin Duncan led the NJIT Highlanders with an impressive performance, scoring 26 points in their commanding 107-51 victory against Medgar Evers on Saturday.

    In addition to his scoring, Duncan contributed six rebounds. Tim Moore Jr. had a productive game as well, putting up 17 points and shooting 7 of 11 from the field, while going 3 of 4 from the free-throw line. He also secured 10 rebounds, showcasing his well-rounded game. Ari Fulton added 14 points, hitting 6 of 14 shots and converting 2 out of 3 free throws.

    On the opposing side, Jonathan Grimsley was a standout for the Cougars, scoring 27 points while also grabbing six rebounds, though his efforts werenโ€™t enough to turn the tide in the lopsided contest.

    Looking ahead, NJIT will be preparing to face UMBC in their next game scheduled for Thursday.
