Tulsa, Oklahoma – On Monday evening, Jackson Skipper shone for Oral Roberts, contributing significantly to the team’s commanding 92-54 victory over Texas A&M-Texarkana, an NAIA member.
Skipper delivered an impressive performance, finishing the game with a total of 20 points, shooting an efficient 7 of 10 from the floor, including 6 of 9 from beyond the arc.
In addition, Issac McBride supported the Golden Eagles with a solid performance, scoring 15 points and distributing seven assists.
Carlos Rosario also made an impact, achieving a perfect shooting night by going 4 for 4 from the field and nailing all three of his attempts from three-point range, bringing his tally to 13 points.

On the opposing side, Johnny Melvin led the scoring efforts for Texas A&M-Texarkana, contributing 11 points to his team’s total.
Doreante Tucker matched Melvin’s output with another 11 points, while Darius Smith added six points along with two steals, but the Eagles were unable to keep pace with the Golden Eagles.
The impressive victory for Oral Roberts improved their overall record to 4-9 for the season.
