HANOVER, N.H. — Le Moyne overcame Dartmouth with a close score of 80-76, propelled by AJ Dancier’s impressive 20 points on Wednesday evening.
Dancier showcased his shooting prowess, converting 8 of 12 attempts, including 4 of 6 from beyond the arc for the Dolphins, who now hold a record of 5-8. Nate Fouts also made significant contributions, scoring 13 points while finishing 5 for 8 from the field, with a 1 for 3 efficiency on three-point shots, and went 2 for 4 at the free-throw line. Robby Carmody matched that output with another 13 points, shooting 4 for 12 overall, while also hitting 2 of 6 attempts from three-point territory and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line.
For the Big Green, now standing at 4-7, Ryan Cornish stood out with a game-high 20 points alongside five assists and a pair of steals. Brandon Mitchell-Day posted an impressive double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, contributing two steals and two blocks to his team’s performance. Connor Amundsen added further support with 13 points.
