MILAN, Italy — The Serie A champions, Inter Milan, achieved a comfortable victory against Parma with a score of 3-1 on Friday, extending their impressive unbeaten streak to 13 matches.

The home team took the lead just five minutes before the halftime whistle, thanks to Federico Dimarco. He executed a clever one-two pass with Henrikh Mkhitaryan, which allowed him to deliver a low strike that found the back of the net, eluding Parma’s goalkeeper Zion Suzuki.

Inter continued their momentum into the second half, with Nicolò Barella increasing their advantage eight minutes in. He skillfully concluded a rapid counterattack, showcasing his finishing ability.

Marcos Thuram added the third goal for Inter in the 66th minute, marking his 10th goal of the season, solidifying Inter’s dominance in the match.

Although Parma managed to score a consolation goal through an own goal by Matteo Darmian late in the game, it was not enough to alter the outcome.

Following this victory, Inter sits tied for second place in the league standings alongside Atalanta, who was set to take on AC Milan, currently in seventh place, later on Friday.
