GREENSBORO, N.C. — In an exciting finish, North Carolina A&T managed to secure a narrow 73-72 victory over Stony Brook, powered by Jahnathan Lamothe’s impressive performance. Lamothe topped the scoring chart for the Aggies with 23 points, alongside contributing 11 rebounds.
Bryson Ogletree played a crucial role in the game, netting 19 points, including a pivotal free throw in the final moments of the contest. He showcased his shooting skills by hitting 5 of 14 from the field and 4 of 11 from beyond the arc, while also converting 5 out of 6 free-throw attempts. Camian Shell complemented the effort with 15 points, demonstrating precise shooting with a 6 for 11 field goal tally and sinking 2 of 4 three-pointers.
On the other side, the Seawolves were led by CJ Luster II, who also scored 23 points, matching Lamothe’s tally. Andre Snoddy contributed a notable all-around performance, finishing with 14 points, 13 rebounds, and providing additional assists, steals, and blocks—an impressive display for the Stony Brook squad. Collin O’Connor chipped in with 9 points and added 4 assists and 2 steals, contributing to the overall team efforts.
