FAIRBORN, Ohio — In an impressive performance on Saturday night, Brandon Noel led the Wright State Raiders to a 91-73 victory over IU Indianapolis, scoring 26 points and grabbing 16 rebounds.
The Raiders, now holding a record of 13-13 and 7-8 in the Horizon League, also saw Keaton Norris shine with 17 points. Norris was particularly efficient, hitting 6 of 7 field goal attempts and making all four of his free throws, in addition to contributing six rebounds and seven assists to the team’s effort.
Jack Doumbia add to the Raiders’ success by shooting 5 for 7 from the field, finishing with 12 points and six rebounds.
For IU Indianapolis, Sean Craig was the standout player, leading his team with 26 points and collecting six rebounds. Paul Zilinskas supported the Jaguars with 22 points, while Jarvis Walker added nine points and recorded two steals.
The Raiders will be back in action on Friday as they prepare to take on Milwaukee on the road. Meanwhile, IU Indianapolis will host Oakland on Wednesday, looking to improve their standing with a win.
