Alvaro Folgueiras was the standout player for Robert Morris, scoring a remarkable 35 points to help his team secure an 81-76 victory over Northern Kentucky on Saturday.
Folgueiras also contributed significantly on the boards, pulling down 10 rebounds for the Colonials, who now hold an overall record of 18-8 and a Horizon League standing of 10-5.
Alongside him, Kam Woods was another key player, scoring 15 points and successfully shooting 6 out of 14 attempts from the field, including 2 of 4 from beyond the arc. Woods also facilitated play with seven assists.
DJ Smith added to the team’s success, finishing with nine points by hitting 3 of 5 shots and going 3 of 4 from the free-throw line.

On the opposing side, Trey Robinson led the Norse with a solid performance, netting 19 points along with three steals, while his teammate Josh Dilling supported the effort with 17 points and four assists.
Additionally, Dan Gherezgher Jr. made his mark by contributing 14 points and providing six assists for Northern Kentucky, which has an overall record of 11-14 and a conference record of 6-8.
