Other key players for Samford included Collin Holloway, who tallied 11 points and was effective with his shots as he connected on 3 of 8 attempts from the field while going 4 for 7 from the charity stripe. He also showed his versatility on the boards, recording eight rebounds. Rylan Jones matched Holloway’s scoring with 11 points as well.
