Thomas’s shooting was notable, as he went 8 for 18 from the field, which included hitting 3 out of 8 from beyond the arc, and he made 3 of his 4 attempts from the charity stripe. Alongside him, Marcus Johnson contributed significantly with 21 points, showcasing an efficient shooting performance going 6 of 12 from the field, 3 of 7 from three-point range, and a flawless 6 for 6 from the free-throw line.
