BOCA RATON, Fla. — Yaxel Lendeborg played a pivotal role in UAB’s victory over Florida Atlantic on Sunday night, tallying a total of 22 points as his team won by a score of 81-76.
Lendeborg’s performance was impressive as he connected on 10 of his 13 attempts from the field, while also contributing significantly to the team’s defensive efforts with 10 rebounds and distributing seven assists.

In addition to Lendeborg’s standout game, Christian Coleman added to the scoring with 15 points, hitting 6 of 10 shots from the field and converting 3 of his 4 free throw attempts. Alejandro Vasquez also had a commendable performance, scoring 14 points by making 4 of 12 field goals and sinking 6 of 7 free throws.
