King Charles has made a royal splash on Billionaires Row in Manhattan – he bought a 3,600-square-foot luxury appartment on the eleventh floor of the famous Steinway Hall building for smashy 6,63 million dollars.
The king is represented on the deed – secretely – as “His Majesty the King in Right of Canada”, one the many Commonwealth titles he has.
He will be now residing, when he is not in Londons Buckingham Palace, at 111 W 57th Street – exactly in the eleventh floor at room number 11 A.
The new residence of King Charles will have a lavish and elegant foyer, a formidable dining room, a huge living room with city views, for bedrooms, including a majestic master bedroom, a luxury Gaggenau-kitchen and 4 bathrooms with very expensive Italien Venato marble.
The new amenities of King Charles include an 82-foot swimming pool with cabanas, a separate sauna, a huge gym, a private dining room with chef’s catering and a terrace.
The luxury building features 60 residences – all sold out.
