FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — In a dominant performance, Karlie Davison showcased her power, driving in four runs with one double and a home run, as Arkansas cruised to a 12-0 victory over Oklahoma State in six innings on Sunday night. The triumph in the Fayetteville Regional was capped off by Robyn Herron’s impressive complete game, three-hit shutout, ensuring Arkansas secures their place in the next round.

Ranked fourth, Arkansas (43-12) has positioned itself to host the upcoming super regionals, where they await the winner of the matchup between Mississippi and 13th seed Arizona, with the games set for next weekend.

The Razorbacks got off to a strong start with Reagan Johnson reaching base due to a fielding error. This opportunity was capitalized on quickly as Courtney Day and Ella McDowell each delivered RBI singles. Meanwhile, Kennedy Miller drew a bases-loaded walk, allowing Kailey Wyckoff to score and extending their lead to 3-0.

The momentum continued in the third inning with an RBI single from Atalyia Rijo and additional doubles by Karlie Davison and Raigan Kramer, pushing Arkansas further ahead to 6-0. The game was essentially sealed in the sixth inning when Davison blasted a three-run homer, making it a six-run inning and swelling the lead to 12-0.

For Oklahoma State (35-20), it was a tough night as Ruby Meylan (21-10) struggled, yielding five runs—three of which were earned—across six hits in just two innings. The team’s performance was further hampered by committing three critical errors.
