In Honolulu, authorities have re-arrested a man named Nathaniel Radimak, known for prior road rage incidents in California involving a Tesla vehicle. The new arrest follows an alleged assault on two women after a road rage altercation in the city.

Honolulu police report that the incident occurred on Wednesday when an 18-year-old woman noticed a gray Tesla speeding past as she attempted to park in a downtown area. An exchange of harsh words ensued with the Tesla driver, who subsequently exited his vehicle to physically assault both the woman and her 35-year-old mother, who was in the passenger seat. Following the altercation, the Tesla driver fled the scene.

The police identified the vehicle as a gray 2022 Tesla equipped with Oregon license plates. Officers were able to trace and arrest Radimak, 38, in Waikiki the following day, charging him with suspicion of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle alongside the assault charges. As of Friday, Radimak remained in custody with charges awaiting formalization, though it was unclear if he had legal representation for his case.

This arrest comes less than a year after Radimak’s release from prison linked to similar accusations in Los Angeles. Back in California, he was accused of attacking other motorists’ vehicles with a pipe while driving a Tesla Model X. Those incidents, captured by dashcam footage, revealed a Tesla lacking a rear license plate. Following the release of these videos, additional motorists came forward recounting similar assaults.
