Deputies investigate reported shooting in South Florida warehouse

    MIAMI – Law enforcement officers in South Florida discovered three individuals injured late Thursday following reports of gunfire within a warehouse district, according to authorities. Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, Rosie Cordero-Stutz, conveyed in a press briefing that all three individuals who suffered injuries were transported to a nearby hospital, one of whom is believed to be the shooter.

    “The community should be assured that there is no direct danger at this time,” emphasized Cordero-Stutz.

    Television coverage captured numerous deputies from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office gathered around Priced Right Motors Inc., a used car dealership situated just a few miles southwest of central Miami. Law enforcement presence included a tactical response team, fire rescue units, and officers from the Florida Highway Patrol.

    Sheriff’s deputies remain active in the vicinity, continuing their efforts to locate any other potential victims, as stated by Cordero-Stutz. At this moment, officials have not released the identities of either the victims or the suspected shooter, nor have they disclosed any details regarding their current medical conditions.
