Kolkata Knight Riders came tantalizingly close to chasing down Lucknow’s formidable target. Captain Ajinkya Rahane was in exceptional form, scoring a brisk 61 off 35 deliveries. However, despite their valiant efforts, Kolkata ended their innings at 234-7, just short of the finishing line as both teams’ pace bowlers faced challenges containing runs.
