    LAS VEGAS — In a thrilling College Basketball Crown semifinal held at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, Juwan Gary delivered an outstanding performance, amassing 21 points, as Nebraska triumphed over Boise State with a final score of 79-69.

    The victory propels the Cornhuskers (20-14) into the championship game scheduled for Sunday, where they will face the victor of the clash between Villanova and UCF.

    Gary’s impressive contribution included securing nine rebounds and blocking three shots. Complementing his efforts, Brice Williams added 14 points while also providing six assists and grabbing five rebounds. Sam Hoiberg chipped in with 10 points to further bolster Nebraska’s offense.

    Boise State (26-11) saw Tyson Degenhart as their leading scorer, who notched 26 points and collected eight rebounds. Andrew Meadow contributed with 14 points, and Pearson Carmichael added 13. Unfortunately for the Broncos, this game ended their notable five-game winning streak.

    Nebraska seized the lead with 4:51 left in the first half and maintained it for the remainder of the game. Williams shone during the first half, tallying 12 points, which was instrumental in Nebraska heading into halftime with a 39-33 advantage. In the second half, the Cornhuskers continued to assert their dominance, with Gary scoring an additional 11 points to secure the win.
