MORITZ, Switzerland — In an exciting conclusion to the snowboard mixed parallel team event, Italian team members Elisa Caffont and Maurizio Bormolini emerged victorious, capturing the gold against fellow Italians Jasmin Coratti and Gabriel Messner during the world championships. The event marked the only competition on Sunday, as other activities were postponed due to anticipated adverse weather conditions.
