    KINGSTON, R.I. — In an impressive performance, Sebastian Thomas spearheaded Rhode Island to an 86-67 victory over Fordham on Saturday. Thomas showcased an all-around game, contributing 20 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and three steals for the Rams, who now stand at 18-12 overall and 7-11 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

    Jaden House played a significant supporting role, adding 19 points while hitting 7 of his 13 shots, including 2 for 4 from beyond the arc, and converting 3 of his 4 free throws. Meanwhile, teammates Jamarques Lawrence and Cam Estevez each chipped in with 12 points.

    On the Fordham side, Jackie Johnson III led with 19 points and three steals, while Japhet Medor contributed 15 points and also managed three steals. Jahmere Tripp rounded off the top performers for Fordham with 13 points, six rebounds, and two blocks. Unfortunately for Fordham, this loss marks their eighth consecutive defeat, leaving them at 11-20 overall with a 3-15 conference record.
