Thomas showcased an all-around performance by also contributing seven rebounds, seven assists, and three steals for the Rams, who now hold a record of 18-12 overall and 7-11 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Supporting Thomas, Jaden House netted 19 points while displaying accuracy by making 7 out of 13 shots, including two three-pointers and going 3 of 4 from the free-throw line. Teammates Jamarques Lawrence and Cam Estevez also reached double digits, each scoring 12 points to help secure the win.
On the opposing side, Jackie Johnson III managed to score 19 points along with three steals for Fordham, which has faced its eighth consecutive defeat, resulting in a 11-20 record overall and 3-15 within the conference. Japhet Medor contributed to Fordham’s efforts with 15 points and three steals, while Jahmere Tripp delivered 13 points, six rebounds, and had two blocks.
During the first half, House spearheaded the Rams by securing nine points, which placed the team ahead at 41-32 by halftime. In the latter half, it was Thomas who took charge, adding a team-high 15 points to maintain their lead and ultimately conclude the game with a decisive advantage over Fordham.
