Ohio State’s lead peaked at 11 points early in the second half, but Nebraska mounted a comeback, finishing regulation with a 9-2 run that brought the game to an 89-all tie. Thornton and Parrish played crucial roles again, each sinking a 3-pointer in a decisive 7-2 run to force a second overtime at 99-all.
