This impressive feat includes a narration by Streisand herself of her expansive 1,000-page narrative, detailing her remarkable life and career.
Additionally, during the announcement made on Tuesday, several other notable works were recognized. Kate McKinnon, alongside Emily Lynne, secured the best work of humor award for “The Millicent Quibb School of Etiquette for Young Ladies of Mad Science.” In the realm of self-narration, Whoopi Goldberg received accolades for “Bits and Pieces,” and Stephen King’s “You Like it Darker” was named the best audio short stories, with narration by Will Patton and King himself. The award for best literary fiction was given to Percival Everett’s “James,” with Dominic Hoffman providing the voice for the audio rendition.
