    BEAUMONT, Texas — In a thrilling match, Sincere Parker scored 25 points to lead McNeese over Lamar with a final score of 68-66 on Saturday.

    Parker demonstrated impressive shooting skills, hitting 7 out of 13 shots from the field. He successfully made 1 of 3 attempts from beyond the arc and was particularly strong at the free-throw line, sinking 10 out of 12 shots for the Cowboys, who now boast a season record of 24-6 and an 18-1 standing in the Southland Conference. Jovohn Garcia also contributed significantly with 10 points, along with seven rebounds and four steals. Christian Shumate added nine points, went 4 of 6 on field goals and made just 1 out of 8 free-throw attempts. This victory marks the eighth consecutive win for the Cowboys.
