    TULSA, Okla. — On Saturday night, the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles secured a 71-66 victory against St. Thomas, bolstered by an impressive performance from Issac McBride, who scored 19 points.
    In addition to his scoring, McBride contributed six rebounds to the team’s overall effort. The Golden Eagles, now sitting at a record of 7-20 and 3-11 in the Summit League, received supplementary scoring from Jalen Miller, who tallied 12 points by hitting 7 of 7 from the free-throw line and shooting 2 for 7 from the field, including a single three-pointer. Luke Gray also played a pivotal role in the victory, finishing with 11 points on an efficient 4 of 5 shooting performance.
    For the Tommies, who now hold a record of 20-9 and 10-4 in the league, Nolan Minessale was the standout player with 17 points, alongside six rebounds and four assists. Teammate Carter Bjerke contributed with 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds, while Ben Nau also finished with 12 points, supporting the team’s effort as they fell short in the contest.
    Both teams are set to continue their seasons, with Oral Roberts preparing to face South Dakota State on Thursday, while St. Thomas will host North Dakota in their upcoming game.
