    EDINBURG, Texas — In a competitive matchup on Monday night, Incarnate Word emerged victorious against UT Rio Grande Valley, with a final score of 66-60. Dylan Hayman delivered a strong performance, leading his team with 19 points and contributing nine rebounds, bolstering the Cardinals’ efforts in the game.

    Adding to the Cardinals’ success, Jalin Anderson scored 17 points and dished out five assists. Jordan Pyke also had a noteworthy game, shooting well from the field and the free-throw line, finishing with a total of 16 points after hitting 5 of 11 from the field and going a perfect 6 of 6 from the charity stripe.

    On the other side, Howard Fleming Jr. was the standout player for the Vaqueros, racking up 15 points.
