    NATCHITOCHES, La. — In an exciting matchup on Monday night, Andrew Holifield led the way for Lamar, scoring 22 points and guiding his team to a 75-65 victory over Northwestern State.

    Holifield’s impressive shooting performance saw him connect on 8 of 11 attempts from the floor, including a stellar 5 for 6 from beyond the arc. This victory improved Lamar’s record to 17-10 and placed them at 12-4 in the Southland Conference standings.
