Ognacevic’s 30-point performance propels Lipscomb to a 93-60 victory over Stetson

NASHVILLE, Tenn.
In an impressive performance, Jacob Ognacevic scored 30 points, guiding Lipscomb to a commanding victory over Stetson with a final score of 93-60 on Thursday evening.
Ognacevic also contributed to his team’s efforts with seven rebounds, helping the Bisons boost their record to 18-8 overall and 10-3 in the Atlantic Sun Conference. Will Pruitt was another standout for Lipscomb, adding 20 points, while Gyasi Powell made a noteworthy contribution with 11 points and nearly achieved a double-double with nine rebounds.
On the other side, Treyton Thompson was the leading scorer for the Hatters, putting up 15 points in the game. Additionally, Mehki helped Stetson’s efforts with his 13 points and four assists. The Hatters now sit at a record of 7-19 and 5-8 in conference play.
Looking ahead, both teams will be back in action on Saturday. Lipscomb will be hosting Florida Gulf Coast University, while Stetson will be on the road facing Austin Peay.
