MANCHESTER, England — Manchester City forward Jack Grealish faced an injury setback during the Champions League playoff match against Real Madrid on Tuesday, exiting the pitch after just 30 minutes of play.

Grealish was seen crouching in his own half before receiving medical attention, prompting the decision to substitute him for Phil Foden.

While the exact nature of the injury was not immediately apparent, it seemed that the England international was experiencing discomfort, reportedly holding his groin while speaking with manager Pep Guardiola on the sidelines.
