Kalil Camara provided additional support by sinking five shots from beyond the arc, ending the game with 20 points alongside five rebounds. Trey Thomas also made a notable impact on the court, scoring 18 points while shooting 7 for 21 overall, which included two successful three-pointers.
On the side of Texas Southern, Kavion McClain emerged as a key player, notching 19 points along with seven assists and three steals.
