The Highlanders improved their record to 16 wins and 10 losses, establishing a 6-5 standing in the Big South Conference. Maclin contributed significantly to the win, posting 15 points along with six rebounds. Truth Harris supported the effort with 12 points, demonstrating a solid performance by shooting 4 out of 7 from the field, including 1 for 3 from beyond the arc, and converting 3 out of 5 free throws. Josiah Harris rounded out a trio of key contributors by scoring 11 points on an effective 5 of 8 shooting, while also grabbing seven rebounds.
