Leading the charge for the Purple Eagles was Olumide Adelodun, who contributed 14 points to the win. He showcased his skills by shooting 50% from the floor, including a remarkable 66.7% from beyond the arc, hitting four of his six attempts.
Justice Smith also put forth a solid performance, matching Adelodun’s 14 points while making five of his nine shots, which included two successful three-pointers. Jaeden Marshall played a pivotal role as well, going 4 of 7 shooting from the field and making three out of four from long-range, ultimately finishing the game with 13 points.
On the opposing side, Quinnipiac’s efforts were spearheaded by Paul Otieno, who delivered a standout performance with 28 points and contributed defensively with two blocks.
