COLUMBIA, S.C. — In an impressive display, freshman Joyce Edwards contributed 18 points while teammate Chloe Kitts added 13 points along with nine rebounds, leading No. 2 South Carolina to an 83-66 victory against Auburn, extending their home winning streak to an incredible 70 games on Sunday.

This matchup was particularly special as the Gamecocks honored A’ja Wilson by retiring her No. 22 jersey. Wilson, a 2017 national champion and three-time WNBA MVP, has left an indelible mark on the program.
