On the other side, the Midshipmen were powered by Austin Benigni and Carnegie Johnson, both of whom scored 21 points to lead their team’s efforts. Benigni also tallied four assists, demonstrating his dual-threat capability on the court.
Bucknell established an early lead just 15 seconds into the first half and maintained control throughout the match. By halftime, the Bison had built a commanding advantage, leading 51-26 with Williamson dropping 15 points in the first half alone.
