N.C. State made a significant impact during the third quarter, where they dominated by outscoring Wake Forest 23-8, establishing a commanding lead of 70-49 going into the final period. Brooks contributed notably to this surge, netting seven points during this critical segment.
Providing strong support for the Wolfpack, Zamareya Jones came off the bench to contribute 17 points. Other key players included Saniya Rivers, who added 13 points, and Tilda Trygger with 12 points, showcasing the team’s depth. This victory marked N.C. State’s sixth consecutive win, bringing their overall record to 17-4 and an impressive 9-1 in the ACC. Additionally, they remain undefeated at home with a record of 13-0.
