BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — In a solid performance on Friday night, the Toledo Rockets overcame Bowling Green Falcons with a final score of 84-71. Sonny Wilson and Isaiah Adams each played a pivotal role for Toledo, scoring 18 points apiece in the contest.
Wilson’s contribution wasn’t limited to scoring, as he also secured five rebounds, showcasing his all-around capabilities on the court. Meanwhile, Adams displayed an efficient shooting touch, going 6 of 14 from the field, which included two successful three-pointers out of five attempts. He also had a flawless performance from the free-throw line, making all four of his attempts. Additionally, Sam Lewis added to the Rockets’ efforts with 14 points, making 5 of 9 shots from the field, which featured an impressive 3 of 4 from beyond the arc, although he faced some struggles at the free-throw line, converting only 1 of 3 shots.
