SAINT CHARLES, Mo. — In a thrilling matchup on Thursday evening, Anias Futrell led Lindenwood to a close 72-68 win over Southeast Missouri State, scoring 20 points in the contest.

Futrell’s performance also included four steals, contributing significantly to the Lions’ victory. Lindenwood improved their record to 9-11 overall and 4-5 within the Ohio Valley Conference. Jordan Wildy also played a pivotal role, adding 17 points, shooting an impressive 6 of 9 from the field, with 1 of 4 from beyond the arc, and completing all his free throws with 4 for 4. Furthermore, Jadis Jones made a solid impact by shooting 5 of 9 from the field and hitting 5 of 6 from the free-throw line, ending the night with 15 points.
