INDIANAPOLIS – Tevin Smith played a pivotal role in leading Cleveland State to a 73-62 win against IU Indianapolis on Sunday, helping the Vikings secure their tenth consecutive victory.
Smith not only scored 16 points but also contributed significantly with five rebounds and three steals, showing his all-around abilities on the court. This win improved Cleveland State’s record to 14-6 overall and 8-1 in the Horizon League.
Notably, Dylan Arnett added 13 points and eight rebounds, further enhancing the team’s performance. K.J. Debrick had a flawless shooting night, going 5-of-5 from the field and making all three of his free-throw attempts for a total of 13 points.
On the opposing side, the Jaguars’ most significant contribution came from Paul Zilinskas, who managed to score 13 points. Additionally, Sean Craig made a strong impression with 12 points and two steals, while Alec Millender contributed nine points along with four assists.
