Johnson also contributed significantly on the boards, grabbing five rebounds for the Aggies, who improved their season record to 10-8 and 4-3 in the conference.
Pablo Tamba supported the winning effort with a solid 18 points, along with seven rebounds and three critical steals, while Connor Sevilla added another 14 points to the team total.
On the other side of the court, the Mustangs faced another setback, marking their sixth consecutive loss, bringing their record to 6-13 and 0-7 in conference play.
Mac Riniker led the Mustangs with an impressive 18 points and seven rebounds, supported by Isaac Jessup who chipped in 12 points.
Despite the loss, Riniker’s performance highlighted that the team is still fighting hard on the court. The season continues for both teams as they look to improve their standings in the conference.
