WASHINGTON – In an exciting matchup on Wednesday night, Warren Mouganda was the standout player for Division II Bowie State, finishing with a remarkable 23 points. His clutch three-pointer, which came with just two seconds left on the clock, secured a thrilling 76-73 win against Howard.

In addition to his scoring, Mouganda contributed with eight rebounds and three steals, showcasing his all-around ability on the court. Victory Naboya also had a solid performance, hitting 6 of 8 shots to score 12 points.
