CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — In an exciting matchup on Saturday night, Leo Colimerio contributed significantly to Queens’ 67-60 win over Austin Peay, scoring 14 points in the game.
Colimerio also pulled down seven rebounds for the Royals, who hold a strong record of 11 wins and 6 losses, along with a perfect conference record of 4-0 in the Atlantic Sun Conference.
Kalib Mathews supported the team with 13 points, showcasing some efficiency by shooting 4 of 9 from the field, which included 1 of 4 from beyond the arc. He also sank 4 of 5 free throws and collected five rebounds.
Jaxon Pollard was another key player for the Royals, adding 12 points while hitting 6 of his 11 attempts from the field.

On the other side, Anton Brookshire was the standout performer for the Governors, finishing with 17 points to lead his team. Isaac Haney made a notable impact as well, contributing 15 points and securing three steals for Austin Peay, while LJ Thomas rounded out the scoring for the team with nine points along with six rebounds.
