PHILADELPHIA — Saint Joseph’s secured a commanding 93-57 victory against Loyola Chicago on Saturday, driven by the impressive performance of Xzayvier Brown, who notched 20 points.
Brown shot 8 of 16 from the field, including 3 for 6 from beyond the arc, showcasing his skill for the Hawks (11-6, 3-2 in the Atlantic 10 Conference).
His teammates also contributed significantly, with Derek Simpson adding 19 points and grabbing six rebounds, while Erik Reynolds II sank four 3-pointers to finish with 18 points.
The Ramblers (10-6, 1-2) were guided by Sheldon Edwards, who scored 12 points.
