HANOVER, N.H. — In an exciting Ivy League opener, Dartmouth triumphed over Pennsylvania with a close score of 73-70 on Saturday. The standout performance came from Brandon Mitchell-Day, who scored 25 points, while Ryan Cornish contributed with 24 points.

In addition to his scoring, Mitchell-Day recorded eight rebounds, showcasing his all-around game for the Big Green, who now hold a record of 7-7. Cornish also had a strong presence on the boards, grabbing 10 rebounds, and he provided five assists. Cade Haskins added eight points to the team’s effort.

For the Quakers, who now sit at 4-10, Nick Spinoso led the charge with 16 points and eight rebounds. Teammates Sam Brown and Ethan Roberts also made significant contributions, scoring 12 points each, with Brown also pulling down seven rebounds, while Roberts added six rebounds to his tally.
