Clayton displayed remarkable shooting skills, hitting 10 out of 12 shots from the field, with an outstanding 9 of 10 accuracy from beyond the arc; he also made 2 out of 4 free throws. This performance helped the Bobcats improve their season record to 9-6, maintaining an undefeated streak of 3-0 in the Mid-American Conference.
Jackson Paveletzke also played a vital role in the win, scoring 19 points while connecting on 9 of 10 attempts from the field, alongside providing five assists. Shereef Mitchell contributed another 15 points, with a shooting line of 3 for 7, including three successful three-point shots, and was perfect at the free-throw line, completing all six attempts.
