In a thrilling contest on Wednesday night, Nick Anderson led the Furman Paladins to a 67-63 overtime victory against The Citadel. Anderson’s impressive performance included scoring 23 points and notching three steals, helping Furman improve their record to 14-2 overall and 2-1 in the Southern Conference.

Cooper Bowser made a notable contribution to the team’s success, scoring 13 points while grabbing 14 rebounds. Pjay Smith Jr. also had a significant impact, finishing the game with 13 points after hitting 4 of 11 shots from the field, which included 3 successful attempts from beyond the arc. Additionally, Smith showcased his defensive skills with four steals, further solidifying Furman’s strong performance.

For the Bulldogs, Cameron Glover stood out with a team-high of 20 points. Sola Adebisi supported the effort with 15 points, complemented by nine rebounds and three blocks.
