NATCHITOCHES, La. — McNeese State triumphed over Northwestern State with an impressive score of 92-69 on Monday night, bolstered by a standout performance from DJ Richards, who contributed 20 points to the victory.

Richards showcased his sharpshooting skills, making 6 out of 9 attempts from the field, which included an impressive 6 of 7 from beyond the arc. He also hit 2 of 3 free throws. This win improved the Cowboys’ record to 10 wins and 5 losses, maintaining their unblemished status in the Southland Conference at 4-0.
