LOGAN, Utah — In an exciting matchup on Saturday night, Karson Templin made a significant impact from the bench, contributing 18 points to help lead Utah State to an 89-83 triumph against Fresno State.

Templin’s performance also included 10 crucial rebounds, enhancing the Aggies’ dominance on the boards, as they improved their record to 14 wins and just 1 loss overall, standing firm at 4-0 within the Mountain West Conference. Meanwhile, Ian Martinez supported the effort with 16 points, showcasing his shooting skills with a 5-for-11 performance from the field, including 3-for-7 from beyond the arc, along with perfect free-throw shooting at 3-for-3, and six rebounds. Mason Falslev also made his mark by scoring 14 points, sinking 5 of his 14 shots, 2 of which were 3-pointers. He also contributed with six rebounds and a solid four steals.
