BOISE, Idaho — In a thrilling matchup on Saturday night, Miles Byrd propelled San Diego State to a 76-68 victory over Boise State, contributing a significant 22 points to the game.

Byrd demonstrated his offensive prowess, connecting on 8 of 15 shots from the floor, including 3 out of 6 attempts from beyond the arc. Additionally, he was 3 for 7 from the free-throw line. Fellow teammate Taj DeGourville supported Byrd’s efforts with 13 points, showcasing effective shooting of 4 for 7 overall and 4 for 5 from the charity stripe, along with grabbing six rebounds. Jared Jones also made a contribution, finishing with nine points after going 4 for 10 from the field.

On the other side of the court, the Broncos were led by Chris Lockett Jr., who ended the game with 16 points.
