One crucial moment in the contest was a 12-2 run executed by Houston that allowed them to establish a 16-6 advantage, capped off by Arceneaux’s three-pointer with just over 12 minutes remaining in the first half. After this point, Houston’s lead never fell below seven points.
A significant statistic from the game shows that Houston forced BYU into committing 15 turnovers and converted those into 24 points on the other end.
As for their upcoming schedule, Houston will be facing TCU in their next matchup on Monday, while BYU will host Texas Tech on Tuesday.
